OCUPANTES undertakes not to use, share, commercialize or assign any other purpose to the personal data collected, other than the purpose specified here for the full compliance with the object of this Term of Free and Informed Consent.
OCUPANTES has information security programs that include security, technical and administrative measures in order to protect personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration or other form of undue or unlawful treatment, as well as the methodology and mechanisms adopted to ensure information security. In the event of a breach of security in the database, OCUPANTES will adopt the measures provided for in the LGPD.
The CANDIDATE declares to be aware that OCUPANTES will keep their CV stored in its database for a period of 2 (two) years from the signature of this Term. After this period, in case of non-hiring of the CANDIDATE (holder of the personal data), or even in case of revocation of this Term of Consent, the processing of personal data carried out will be terminated, except for the cases in which due to legal and regulatory obligations , and/or even in the hypotheses provided for in art. 7 of the LGPD.
