Bruce Lorimer founded Ocupantes Corporate Real Estate in 2004 after having worked for 8 years in a multinational real estate consulting firm serving corporate clients in several locations in South America. Bruce is a founding member, in Brazil, of CoreNet Global, the largest association of executives in the real estate management area of corporate entities in the world.

He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Durham in England (revalidated by the Polytechnic School of USP) and completed a master\'s degree in construction engineering from the University of Cantabria in Spain. Through this international experience, he acquired a great understanding not only of the importance of the technical aspects of his area, but also of the sociocultural factors that involve decision-making in large companies.

Haroldo Lopes is a Director at Ocupantes and has been working in the real estate market since 1996. He specializes in corporate representation services, acting as project leader of Ocupantes major clients. He has solid experience in leading teams and in representation of corporate occupiers, whether in the office, industrial or retail, as well as in contractual negotiations and revisions.

Before joining Ocupantes in 2004, he worked at the French multinational bank, Société Générale, in the foreign currency lending department and, later, in the planning area of Eurofarma, pharmaceutical industry. It also develops voluntary work at the NGO, The Salvation Army, present in 108 countries, dedicated to different social causes, especially children in situations of risk.

Thomas Govier has 24 years of experience in the real estate sector, including 5 years in England, where he graduated in Property Management from the College of Estate Management at the University of Reading. There, he worked for DTZ, one of the largest global real estate consulting firms. He was founder of the Brazilian chapter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a leading entity in the training of Real Estate professionals, of which he is a senior member.

In Brazil, from 1999 to September 2005, he worked for the renowned international real estate company JLL ? Jones Lang LaSalle, where he held the position of Associate Director of Tenant Representation, after being responsible for the Valuation and Strategic Consulting area, operating throughout Latin America.

He is perfectly bilingual (English and Portuguese), and with a course in Real Estate Law for non-lawyers at FMU, which, combined with his experience in several areas, puts him in an excellent position to serve national and multinational clients.

As a member of RICS, he was invited by IBAPE, the Brazilian Institute of Appraisals and Expertise, to participate in the formulation of new appraisal standards, and participated with Secovi in the committee that debated guidelines for classifying buildings in São Paulo.

Jonathan Govier joined Ocupantes as a real estate consultant in 2014 in the business area, representing national and international corporate clients in meeting their real estate needs throughout Brazil. He is a professional with extensive market experience, working in international trade as a trader for 17 years in the Steel and Metals industry, in addition to 10 years working as a Back Office, IT and Facilities manager. His experience in international trade provided the commercial skills to conduct business in the real estate market and the back-office experience provided expertise in financial, contracts and business processes.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with a postgraduate degree in Master Information Technology from FIAP in São Paulo.
