Bruce Lorimer is Anglo-Brazilian and a founding partner of Ocupantes Corporate Real Estate. He has worked in corporate real estate since 1996 representing large corporations in their most diverse property requirements throughout Brazil. He has a deep understanding of local real estate legislation and typical real estate operations in Brazil.
He is also a founding member CoreNet Global in Brazil, the largest association of corporate real estate executives in the world.
Bruce is a civil engineer graduated from Durham University, England, officially recognised by the University of São Paulo (USP), with a Master's degree in European Construction Engineering from Loughborough University in conjunction with the University of Cantabria, Spain. Thanks to this international experience he not only has profound understanding of the technical side of real estate, but also of the sociocultural factors which play an important role in corporate decision-making.
He is fully fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Cláudio Lísias works with Real Estate since 2004. He is Director of Ocupantes for the Rio de Janeiro Office, representing clients in this state and in the state of São Paulo. He is also responsible for coordinating market research in the city and its sub-markets, as well as specific site searches and preparation of reports. Claudio is responsible for establishing Ocupantes presence in Rio, maintaining relationship with landlords and developers and seeking out business in as well as giving support to client assignments in the region.
His military background gave Mr. Lísias experience in land survey. He later became involved in community projects in the north east of Brazil.
Mr. Lísias was one of the first to be invited to form part of the Ocupantes team when the business was launched. From the start, he understands that serve the client with the high level of care must be the main concern of Ocupantes.
Mr. Lísias considers his work in Ocupantes as an opportunity to develop his skills in business management as well as being an ambience of challenge, yet within a structure that allows for effective professional development.

David Fraga is Ocupantes' business coordinator since 2016, working directly with corporate clients from a wide range of segments. He has excelled in dealing with the client in negotiations of renovation and revision of local values and in the identification of critical dates referring to client contracts. Involved in activities such as detailed research, comparative financial analysis and qualitative analysis of the various options considered. Since it entered Ocupantes has already attended the companies "K" Line, Yusen Logistics, Daiichi Sankyo, Konica Minolta, Hunter Douglas, Lionbridge, Ecolab, Deutsche Bank, HBO, Cummins, Hubbell, NOV among others.
Graduated in Mathematics, he taught Mathematics for more than eight years and for two years worked on the analysis of international maritime transport data where he developed a strong relationship with companies in the sector and great knowledge in logistics and foreign trade.

Douglas is the business coordinator at Ocupantes since 2015. He works in support of corporate clients from a wide range of segments, assisting in the processes of demobilization, expansion, relocation and renewal of assets, among other necessities such as detailed research, comparative financial analysis and qualitative analyzes of the various options considered. Among the various companies served by Douglas in Ocupantes we can mention Deutsche Bank, Allianz, Dentsply Sirona, Smith & Nephew, Melitta, Intuit, Viacom, Cummins and HBO.
Prior to joining Ocupantes, Douglas lived in England for 10 years and worked as an English / Portuguese Interpreter. He graduated in English from the North Devon College in England. He is a real estate broker licensed by the Federal Council of Real Estate Brokers (COFECI) and the Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRECI) in São Paulo, with no. 173114. He is currently studying the Superior Business Course Real estate by Anhembi-Morumbi / Laureate International Universities.
Gleidson works with Real Estate since 2009. Gleidson specialises in real estate representation of large companies in processes such as relocation of headquarters, expansions, renewal negotiations, among other needs like detailed surveys, comparative financial analysis and qualitative analysis of the various options considered. Prior to joining Ocupantes, Gleidson worked more than 8 years in sales and administration at a large retail network. Among the various companies served by Gleidson in Ocupantes we can mention Walmart, Bradesco, Cards Service, Generali, Odebrecht, Financial Investments, Anglo and Procurian.
Gleidson holds a degree in Marketing Management from Universidade Paulista. He is a real estate broker licensed by the Federal Council of Real Estate Brokers (COFECI) and Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRECI) in São Paulo, under number 105621. He is currently studying an MCR course at FDTE and CoreNet Global of Corporate Real Estate Asset Management - Corporate Real Estate Asset Management, Real Estate.
Haroldo Lopes is specialized in corporate representation and is a team leaser in Ocupantes. Prior to joining Ocupantes in 2004, Mr. Lopes worked in the multinational French bank, Société Générale, in the foreign exchange sector. He has also worked in administrative planning in the pharmaceutical company Eurofarma. Since 1996, Mr. Lopes has been active in real estate, at first managing properties for a British Institution and later as a professional broker, acting for corporate clients.
He is currently responsible for the Occupants Corporate Real Estate course given weekly at Ocupantes.
Prior to joining Ocupantes in 2004, he worked at the French multinational bank, Société Générale, in the foreign currency lending department and later in the planning area of ??Eurofarma, a pharmaceutical industry. He also develops voluntary work as external relations of the NGO, The Salvation Army, present in 108 countries, dedicated to different social causes, especially to children at risk. He also has allied his taste for traveling and photography to record images and prints in different places in Brazil and abroad.
He graduated from the Mackenzie University, having read Business Administration, as well having coursed Real Estate Transactions, holding the brokerage license number n° 70954.
Thomas Govier has 21 years experience in Real Estate, including 5 years in the UK, where he read Real Estate Management at the College of Estate Management (Reading University). He is one of the few professionals associated to the RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, one of the world's leading real estate professionals' associations. In the UK Mr. Govier worked for DTZ, one of the largest real estate consultin firms, present in Europe and Asia.
From 1999 to September 2005, he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading international real estate consulting firm, reaching the position of Associate Director of Tenant Representation. With extensive national and international experience in valuations and strategic consulting, Mr. Govier put together and lead Jones Lang LaSalle's Consulting & Valuation department in Brasil.
Perfectly bilingual (english and portuguese), and with a course in Real Estate Law for non-lawyers from FMU, Mr. Govier's diverse experience places him in an excelent position to attend national and multinational clients.
Mr. Govier was invited by the Brazilian valuation institute to participate in the drafting of new valuation norms, and was also a member of the committee that drafted new office building classification guidelines in São Paulo. CRECI nº 72.298.

Richard Pacey has over 10 years of experience in the corporate real estate market. From 2001 to September 2006 he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the leading international real estate consulting firm with the Tenant Representation Group.
With ample experience in the corporate as well as in the retail market, he handled several projects, local as well as international. With native English and Portuguese, Mr. Pacey is graduated in Marketing by the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi Laureate International Universities.

Ismar Aguiar joined Ocupantes in the beginning of 2015. He took the course of real estate expert by COFECI and is currently studying real estate business by Anhembi Morumbi.
In addition to real estate, Ismar is also interested in aviation. He has conducted Private Helicopter Pilot, Helicopter Commercial Pilot, Helicopter Flight Instructor and Instrument Flight Rules helicopter courses.

Jonathan Govier joined Ocupantes' team as a real estate consultant in 2014, representing national and international corporate clients, attending their real estates needs throughout Brazil. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the international trade as a Steel & Metals trader for 17 years, as well as 10 years experience in Back Office, IT and Facilities management. Jonathan´s trading experience provides him with the commercial background and experience for conducting transaction management within Real Estate, while his back-office background gives him expertise in business, contracts and financial processes.
Jonathan graduated in Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and also a postgraduate degree in Master Information Technology at FIAP University in São Paulo.
